Sunflower

I was killed by the above last Friday. I thought I was a good drinker. A little bit of Martell makes me tipsy and look as red as the prawns you see in steamboats. They said they like it when I am drunk. Thanks for the company. I love steamboats , cocktails and you gals! =)

I am one shade darker now! All thanks to the few hours of Sentosa outing on Friday.

Friday - 14/04/2006
Met up with Ak, Huarong,Shukai and Yaoguang for a short Sentosa outing on Friday. Its really a Good Friday because its a public holiday. Public holiday = No need to work. Waicheng was supposed to go as well but she had something on last minute. Anyway gal, we never blamed you for your absence but more of miss your presence.= )

Played the usual frisbee and volleyball. I need more training on beach volleyball!!! My hands are all sore from incorrect ways of playing volleyball. Cycled around the island as well. The weather wasn't good that day. It started to rain once we got our butts onto the bikes. Cycling in the rain gave me headache. We were totally drenched when we cycled back to return the bikes. We had to seek shelter at one of the pub-cafe. Saw a few familiar faces there as well.

After 1/2 hour of waiting, the rain was not so heavy and we all proceed to get ourselves cleaned. While waiting for the bus to get back to Harbourfront, I realized I lost one of my earrings! Its one of my favorite pair and now I am left with only one side. Its easy to buy back something similar but it would not be the same anymore. I really hate myself for being so careless this time.

We end the day with some window shopping at Harbourfront.

Saturday - 15/04/2006
Another 21st birthday invitation again. Met Wanling at Orchard to get some Isetan vouchers for the birthday gal, Shiyun.

The moment I stepped out of the MRT, I saw Yixian!! Been years I met him since we graduated from Outram. Had a short chat with him and found out he was working in Outram as a relief teacher after his ORD. He still look pretty much the same. Its really a pleasant surprise to be able to meet an old friend. Hope we can meet up someday and do some catching up. =)

Shopped around Isetan and Taka after getting the vouchers. There are so many nice clothes at Isetan!! The urge to shop is here again. Pay day is coming soon! Saw Junjie at Wisma and Sukhing with her beau at Hereen. Singapore is that small. Everyone seems to be in town on a Saturday.

Went to Shiyun's 21st birthday celebration at Pasir Ris NTUC resort. Stayed only a short while and we left. After that, went over to Bugis with Nana and I did some mini shopping. Bought 2 pair of earrings but I still feel the pain of losing my favorite pair.

From the beginning of the year till now, I had attended at total of 6 21st Birthday celebrations. There are more to come. Mine 21st birthday is approaching in 2 months time. That's so fast! I had no ideal how I want it to be. Simple or grand? One thing I know is, I will not hold it in a chalet. Gonna get my brains cracking on this.

Brother had just gone to France to look for his gf. He actually left without leaving the letterbox key behind. Yeah.. There is only letterbox key in my house and my bro has it. No opening of letterbox for 10 days!

Anyway, mom's going Holland tonight. None of my parents are going to be here for my 21st birthday. I hate this but I have to accept the fact. I know I am paranoid. I am worried that no one will turn out for my 21st birthday celebration if I were to hold any.

Arr.. Shall not think so much.

When Waicheng informed me there's a 8ty8beauty spree in Le Dames, I said I will not be ordering any.

But I did not fufill what I said! I ordered 2 polish from the spree. I wanted to get more but I limit myself to only 2.

1 bottle of Por Favor added to my current OPI collection. Ordered a bottle of Girlish Charms from Color Club. Its cheaper than OPI and some said the quality is better.

Can't wait to get my nails painted with these 2 polish. =D

I did it again. Spent my money on sprees.

Mini Snickers and Mars

Once I pop, I can't stop. This is not doing my not so healthy teeth a favor.

When I feel really stressed out, I will turn to munching snacks for some relieve. Chocolates are my favorite stress reliever!!

I am craving for some Ice blended Mocha now. I would be grateful if someone will just come over and drop me a cup. Yah.. I am just dreaming. Who would be so nice to come all the way to Beach Road and get Lynnie a cup of Ice Mocha...! lol..

Despite not doing anything today, I still feel very tired. My body is failing me. I feel like some old lady. My Sunday is wasted by lazing around.

My friend told me that I am strong will gal. I know what I want to achieve.

I am not exactly as strong will as what he thinks. I feel inferior in some way.

He said this "Maybe feeling inferior is what that makes you stronger."

I really like what he said.

Have to thank him for pointing this out.

Because of feeling inferior, I worked even harder.

In the process of working hard, I managed to hide the inferior character of mine.

Some how, inferiority really makes me a stronger person.

The flower was bought for Jiahui's 21st birthday party held at Sentosa yesterday. Theme was Sunshine. Didn't get to use it in the end. I find it too attention seeking. However, I would like to put it in one day and take a photo of myself in it.

Went KBOX with Agnes, Nana, Puay Eng and Yuan Ru before heading to Jiahui's birthday celebration. The birthday celebration was held in the afternoon. The sun was great that day. Makes me feel like just sun tanning and to cycle around the island. I want a short get away!!

Certain issues have been on my mind recently. Better not reveal too much in the cyber world. When time comes, I will just blog them out. Just feel that now it is not the time to do so. I am glad that I finally made the 1st step to end my dilemma. No matter what the outcome is, I will still look forward. At least, I know where I am heading towards.
