I just finished watching Tian Ya Xia Yi on SCV. The ending is rather -_-. The problem with Hongkong serials is that they leave me wanting to watch every esposide but to disappoint me with their ending. Ending for Tian Ya Xia Yi is still not too bad, at least Ken and Qingqing are together!! They look so good together!!! Ken aka Lin Feng is sooooo cute!!! My kind of guy!!! Haha~ I find him irresistible~

Took 1/2 day off and met Meiting for lunch. As usual, talked about work and stuff. After lunching with her, I loitered around Queensway shopping centre and Ankle Point before going for my appointment at Alexandra hospital. Doctor said that my eye condtion is improving and I can try to wear contact lense!! I am so glad to hear that.

After the appointment, I made my way to Bugis for some shopping. I tired my luck in getting a pair of contact lense for CNY. To my dissapointment, they either do not sell one pair or lenses with my degree are not avaliale. I thought I could go without spectables for CNY. So disappointing!! I shall look nerdy this CNY.

I realized I am on my way to be a shopaholic! Over the weekend, I spend around $100 plus on clothes and shoes. A peep of what I bought:

2 tank tops

White flower top

Grey checked skirt~ I like this skirt alot!!

Heels~

All clothes are bought from Angie's shop. Heels are from Giovanna at Bugis.

Just today, I spend again. Bought quite alot of stuffs from Watsons. I am shock by the amount I have to pay when they bill me. I thought they are having 20% for most of the items I bought!!Anway, I have to admit I did buy alot. What I bought at today:

Maybelline mascara
Canmake Blusher
Lucidol Hair Wax
Loreal Pure Zone (Cleansing Gel,Toner & Moisturer)
Olay Night Cream
Bodyshop Sponge

In addition, I got my eye brows trimmed as well. Have to make myself look presentable during CNY. I really have to control my spendings!!

Anyway, gathering with the gang yesterday was great except that Weipeng is absent. All of us are as lame as usual.

Time for some updates! Been busy working, watching TV and shopping lately. Haha~ What's new?

Work has been so far so good. On Friday, I received a CNY card from one of the agent from Tampines!! I am rather surprise to receive a card from her coz I am kind of unhappy with her attitude when she insist that I can settle everything for her. Anyway, I am still delighted to receive her greetings. She actually thank me for my helpfulness. =)

Went to visit Angie at her shop at Paradiz on Friday evening. Before meeting her, I went PS to meet Yanru, a new friend I got to know at Serena's 21st birthday celebration. She is Serena's JC friend. We chatted about the Rich Dad, Poor Dad book and she actually get my number from Serena so that she could lend me the book. She's a really sweet gal!! Not to forget, she is pretty too. Hope that I have the opportunity to know her better. I won't want to miss out a friend like her. My purpose of meeting her is to get the Rich Dad, Poor Dad book. I realized that it isn't exactly that one but is something similar.

Just started reading and found it rather realistic. It really applies to the society we are living in. Go read it and you will know what I mean.

Back to Angie. Had dinner with her at Paradiz Suki Sushi. Both of us ate freaking little. We only spend $12.50 there. My purpose of going there is to pass her the belated xmas pressie and get mine too! I end up spending at her shop againz. I admired her courage for striking out on her own to open a shop. She's rather lucky as she has her god parents to invest on her. As her friend, what I can do is to support by buying from her. Hope she bring in more clothes that I like so that I will give her more business. Haha~ But its not going to do me good. =P

Angie was one of the ICT seniors I clique with during my poly year 1 days. As time passes, we both got busy with our own stuff and seldom meet up. We did not really keep in contact in the past 2 years! I am really happy to still be able to meet up with her. We could still talk like before and we still know each other very well. Both of us change alot and we share the same views on certain issues. I am happy for this bond I have with her.

Saturday-21/01/06
Went back to office in the afternoon to complete some work. Stayed till around 5 plus and went out with 2 colleuages to grab a bite before meeting mommy and others at Chinatown.

On my way to meet them, it started raining. The rain really spoils my mood. I had no umbrella with me. I end up standing at a corner waiting for the rain to stop.

Finally, I managed to meet up with Mummy, Daddy and Sheena. Walk through the night markets, nothing really interesting except that its really crowded.

After all walkings, Sheila came to meet us and we went over to the hawker centre to have our dinner. Food are rather pricey there and not really nice.

That's all for my Saturday. Pardon me for the lousy quality photos. Took it with my new phone Samsung D500C. Not exactly a new phone, its a handover from Mummy. My E800C is giving me probs. Yeah, its a sliding phone again. I love sliding phones.

Later going out with Sheila to get CNY clothes. I hope I can get my heels as well.

I can't wait for next week!! CNY reunoin dinner with FYP peeps on Tuesday and Mommy's birthday on Thursday!! Double celebration!!

My 1st entry for the year 2006.

The rain is making me crazy.

The rain is spoiling all my plans.

Is it me or just the rain? I am feeling a little down in this rainy season!!

I want the rain to go away and the sun to show.

I never miss the sun so much.

It feels really cozy to stay at home on after a rainy day. Not to forget, today is the last day of 2005!! However, it feels just like any other day...

Was thinking of how to do a recap on this year's happening for me. In the end, I decided to just write about how I feel this year.

This year is one with lots of happenings for me.

Beginning of 2005
Was busy dealing FYP and got to realize how much I dislike programming. Health status wasn't really good at that time as well.

Middle of 2005
It was a transition period for me. Last exam in SP was over in April and its time to look for a job! After slacking for 1 month, I manage to get a 3 months contract job at one of the insurance company in Raffles place. Its there I get to know how insurance actually works. I miss my ex-colleagues over there.

In the blink of eye, 3 months just pass. My contract was not renewed and I got a job offer at one of the dept at their other branch. From there, I get to know what its like to work with different kind of people. Nasty and nice ones. All sorts of people. I want to have fun with my fellow colleagues as well but its the people and environment that don't welcome me.

I nearly wanted to give up but I stayed on. I want to prove to myself that I can handle all kind of situations. If I can't change the environment, I will change the way I look at things. I may not be as lucky as those that manage to get into the so called big and more popular group but I believe I will find one that I feel comfortable with. But, I feel that its not going to be from there.

End of 2005
Nothing much to talk about. Grandma passed away. I still can't accept that she is not with us anymore. I miss her. Life still goes on. I wish for a better year to come ago.. I seriously do..

I went through lots of things this year, resulting into the present me. I changed from someone who cares alot of how people think of me to one that is totally opposite. In short, I kinda live in my own world now. Environment and reality do change a person. I also change from one whom dislikes shopping to one whom shops alot now. My dress sense also change abit. I am more willing to experience different kind of styles now. Overall, I am just a changed person!

Good or bad, its up to others how they look at me. But, I don't really care much.

Now, gonna draft out my resolutions for 2006. Here it goes:

Lead a more healthy lifestyle. Exercise more and eat healthily.
Save more each month for my part time studies.
Spend more time with family.
Give mummy and papa more money.
Take good care of my eyes and skin.
Make more friends and maintain regular contact with existing friends.
Improve the way I do things in work and improve relations with fellow colleagues.
Last but not least, be happy

That's all for my 2006 resolutions. These are only part of them. I am just plain lazy to blog all out. Haha~
