Hong Kong Trip Day 2

Been really lazy to blog nowadays. Feel very tired from work on weekdays. Weekends, just feel like sleeping and simply lazy to even switch on the PC. Want to blog more on the HK trip and now shall be the time since I got the mood.

Ate breakfast at one of the Cha Chang Teng near our hotel. I had yuen yang, ham sandwich and po lo bao.

After breakfast, took MTR to Tung Chung station for cable car ride to Ngong Ping to visit Big Buddha.

The cable car ride was about 1/2 hour but it was worth it! The view we got was significant.

The weather was really hot that day. We armed ourselves with lots of water.

It's about 2-3 storey high. I got a sense of satisfaction when I finally reached the top. We saw Mei Yan Fang's grave in the Big Buddha building! One of the must do thing when we visit Big Buddha is to eat the vegetarian food. We purchased a food coupon at HKD60 each.

I thought this is one of the best vegetarian food I had ever eaten! I ate the most. Agnes they all did not seem to have much appetite. Haha.

After visiting Big Buddha, was shopping at the mall beside Tung Chung MTR. There are lots of factory outlets there. Bought a addias bag and some stuff from Esprit and Quiksilver.

Clarence left us to meet his friends. The 3 of us went Tsim Sha Tsui for more shopping. Settled dinner at one very commercialized HK Cafe. The food weren't nice. We did a lot of shopping there. Haha. Within 2 hours or so, all of us ended with a pair of Levis jeans each, few tops and skirts.

We went Avenue of Stars at night. Its equivalent to SG's Esplanade. On the ground, was full of handprints of famous movie stars.
