The haze seems to be getting better but not my cough and running nose. Despite feeling really terrible, I avoid visiting the doctor. I know what kind of pills he is going to give. I do not want to be immune to those medications.

Women's Day Out was fun! Went with Karen and Sukhing. We joined the very 1st activity of the day's event, Experience Fitness. The activity is basically a one hour workout which consists of acerobics, kick boxing and yoga. The participants were more than what I expected. The event was held outside Ngee Ann City. Yeah, all the ladies did the workout there. I thought it would be quite awkward to do workouts outdoors, somemore its at Orchard. When the instructors start the workout, everyone just joined in. The participants were very sporting! I think most of them were Amore members. The event was organized by Amore. I like kick boxing and yoga! There is this free one hour Belly Blitz trial. Its something like belly dancing. Stayed and tried out too. As expected, I cannot dance. I am like a tree. I am not flexible in shaking my butt and waving my hands at the same time. However, its really a good experience. The incentive of joining the event is none other then the goodie bag.

After the event, went home to wash up and out to Orchard again to meet Agnes and Nana. The haze was really bad that day. The sky was cloudy it feels as if we are in Genting except that the air is polluted here.

The haze was that bad. Shopped around there till 6 plus. Agnes went off for wedding dinner. Nana and me went Cityhall to search for the Guess wallet I wanted to get. Guess boutique at Raffles City do not carry the item I want. They told us that department stores and boutique carry different items. Dinner was at Coffee Club. Had Rosemary chicken salad and Mushroom crepe again. I drank this weird red berry tea. It taste like hot rebina with a floral taste. I still prefer typical English breakfast tea.

Today is Mid Autumn Festival. I just had my mooncakes with English Breakfast tea. I feel so bloated now.

The haze is getting so bad that it is affecting me! I am feeling breathless, throat is feeling irritated, itchy eyes and block nose! All the symptoms are irritating me. I can't function well with myself falling sick. The haze is spoiling a lot of my plans.

A lot of people commented that I am getting fatter. It isn't a bad thing but girls normally don't like to be associated with the word fat. Haha. I am feeling quite paranoid about this. This motivates me to exercise. Exercise for a healthier and more toned body.

I will be watching the musical, The Phantom of Opera, in either March or April 2007! Got the tickets at corporate rate through company's recreational club. I have been thinking of catching the musical since I caught the movie in 2004. I still can't believe that I am actually going to do so soon. Tickets are not cheap but it definitely worth the price. I am feeling a little down recently. But everything is fine now, knowing I have friends I can count for over coffee sessions and msn chats. I realize I still prefer coffee to tea! Ya, absolutely no link for feeling down. But my mood gets better after a cup of coffee. Coffee is therapy for me.
