I was diagnosed with food poisoning on Friday. It all started with pain on the lower abdominal. Thinking it was just cramps, I ignore and continue with my daily activities. The pain got worst and I started vomiting. I was breaking into cold sweat and I turned really pale. The worst thing was I am the only one at home. My siblings were either working or schooling. No kidding, I thought I was going to die soon. I called my elder sis and told her to get home asap. My bro called and ask me to make my way to the clinic while waiting for my sis. At that point of time, I find it ridiculous for me to get to the clinic alone. Anyway, I still did and doctor concluded that I had food poisoning.

Doctor: So what did you ate yesterday?
Me: I had a pancake for dinner and some bread for brunch.
Doctor: What! Pancake for dinner?? No wonder you are as thin as a satay stick. When was the last time you had a proper meal.

Doctor continued to ask me what I had for the past 2 days. It could be the Fish&Co I ate on Wednesday night. The toxic in seafood sometimes takes 1-2 days to take effect. He advised me to have proper meals with all the proteins and vitamins else I might be diagnosed with gastric problems in future.

I am off to eating junks again. Seems that I did not learn any lesson from the food poisoning incident. No one to remind me of not eating oily or anything harmful to the gastric.

I miss mummy, daddy and home cooked food.
