I am one shade darker now! All thanks to the few hours of Sentosa outing on Friday.

Friday - 14/04/2006
Met up with Ak, Huarong,Shukai and Yaoguang for a short Sentosa outing on Friday. Its really a Good Friday because its a public holiday. Public holiday = No need to work. Waicheng was supposed to go as well but she had something on last minute. Anyway gal, we never blamed you for your absence but more of miss your presence.= )

Played the usual frisbee and volleyball. I need more training on beach volleyball!!! My hands are all sore from incorrect ways of playing volleyball. Cycled around the island as well. The weather wasn't good that day. It started to rain once we got our butts onto the bikes. Cycling in the rain gave me headache. We were totally drenched when we cycled back to return the bikes. We had to seek shelter at one of the pub-cafe. Saw a few familiar faces there as well.

After 1/2 hour of waiting, the rain was not so heavy and we all proceed to get ourselves cleaned. While waiting for the bus to get back to Harbourfront, I realized I lost one of my earrings! Its one of my favorite pair and now I am left with only one side. Its easy to buy back something similar but it would not be the same anymore. I really hate myself for being so careless this time.

We end the day with some window shopping at Harbourfront.

Saturday - 15/04/2006
Another 21st birthday invitation again. Met Wanling at Orchard to get some Isetan vouchers for the birthday gal, Shiyun.

The moment I stepped out of the MRT, I saw Yixian!! Been years I met him since we graduated from Outram. Had a short chat with him and found out he was working in Outram as a relief teacher after his ORD. He still look pretty much the same. Its really a pleasant surprise to be able to meet an old friend. Hope we can meet up someday and do some catching up. =)

Shopped around Isetan and Taka after getting the vouchers. There are so many nice clothes at Isetan!! The urge to shop is here again. Pay day is coming soon! Saw Junjie at Wisma and Sukhing with her beau at Hereen. Singapore is that small. Everyone seems to be in town on a Saturday.

Went to Shiyun's 21st birthday celebration at Pasir Ris NTUC resort. Stayed only a short while and we left. After that, went over to Bugis with Nana and I did some mini shopping. Bought 2 pair of earrings but I still feel the pain of losing my favorite pair.

From the beginning of the year till now, I had attended at total of 6 21st Birthday celebrations. There are more to come. Mine 21st birthday is approaching in 2 months time. That's so fast! I had no ideal how I want it to be. Simple or grand? One thing I know is, I will not hold it in a chalet. Gonna get my brains cracking on this.

Brother had just gone to France to look for his gf. He actually left without leaving the letterbox key behind. Yeah.. There is only letterbox key in my house and my bro has it. No opening of letterbox for 10 days!

Anyway, mom's going Holland tonight. None of my parents are going to be here for my 21st birthday. I hate this but I have to accept the fact. I know I am paranoid. I am worried that no one will turn out for my 21st birthday celebration if I were to hold any.

Arr.. Shall not think so much.
