Yesterday was Huarong's 21st birthday celebration at Aloha Loyang. It could be considered my 1st time attending a close friend 21st birthday celebration. Together with other peeps, we bought a swatch for her. Hope she likes it~

The birthday gal din have much time to interact with us as she's always running around. Saw lots of familiar faces as well. Mostly, ex club seniors and peeps. I have say that time and environment can really change a person. Most of us were somehow different now. Anyway its a nice gathering, had quite a good laugh as well.

I begin to wonder how I want my 21st birthday celebration to be like. Will the people I invite come? What kind of presents will I get etc.. Haha~ Guess I think too much le.. I wana make it a memorable one coz its a once in a life time thingy. Haha~

Talking abt celebrations, Christmas is approaching ya~ One of my favourite seasons in the year. I want to celebrate Christmas!! Can I?? Who wants to celebrate Christmas with Lynnie~~??

I want a memorable Christmas this year. =)

Alone at home with just the sounds from the TV accompanying me to pass this lonely Saturday nightz. Sounds pathetic huhz.. I'm just lazy to go out and moreover friends are all busy with their own life. I guess spending time alone isn't that bad either.

Retail therapy really works on me. It could at least temporally take away all the stress from work and other issues that is affecting me. Met up with Nana yesterday for Ajisen Ramen at PS. After the ramen session, we made our way to look for Wen at Somerset Bossini. Was scanning for Wen when we reached the shop.

Suddenly, there's this guy saying "Yiwen is not working today". Me and Nana were like so embarrass coz we thought no one knew we were looking for her. Our purpose was to give her a surprise and pass her some cookies. Instead, we left the cookies with her colleagues to pass to her and and left. Our next destination was Taka's Watsons. We spent a rather long time there before we made our purchase. I just wanted to get some new clothings but normally I won't manage to get anything if I had nothing in mind. In the end, I bought 2 pair of earrings at Fareast.

Something happen on our way to MRT, Nana broke her slippers!! I ran all the way back to Fareast to get her a pair of slippers or whatever I could find. But it was already 10pm and most of the shops were closed! Luckily, one shop was still opened and I managed to get her a pair of slippers. In the end, she sold the slippers to me coz it seems to suits me more.

Recently, I hasn't been feeling exactly happy at work. I feel that the relationship with my colleagues was not really good. It isn't bad either but its just I can't seem to clique with them. I don't know izzit me or the environment. I left kinda left out at lots of occasions. I can't make myself to purposely clique wif them coz it seems all so fake. That is just not me. Work is stress too. I kinda feel that there's no use working so hard when I can't seem to get any job satisfaction. I had to endure scoldings for stuffs that is none of my business just becoz I am a Customer Service Officer. I wonder how long can I take all these but I'll just endure. After all, its just work. I just hope things will turn out to be better.

Its the end of the week again!! How time flies... Updates on what I did during the weekends.

Friday
Met up with my dear Baoqi after work. It feels so good to see her after a tired day at work. Had our dinner at the all time favorite budget fastfood restraurant, Long John Sliver. Crapped alot to her abt my work and other stuffs. She's always there to listen to my nonense since sec sch. She had seen so many sides of me. Be it happy or sad. She's kinda always there when times are down for me. After knowing her for like 7 years, I don't remember her being angry or piss off. Her temper is just that good. She's like the opposite of me. I do things in a more impulsively way while she is just calm. Haha. Still had no ideal how we hit off so well.

Saturday
The day started of with meeting up with Waicheng at Orchard. As usual, we would have our girly talks and shopping trips. I bought this at Fareast. Been wanting to get that for quite sometime.

I was lik -_-!! Why I din see this earlier!! If I did, I would have bought that. I went back Fareast to ask if they they had that but the unfriendly sales lady said that they had no ideal coz the stock would only come at the end of the month!! I guess its just not my luck to get that Trekking Havaianas. I decided to keep that current pair and get the Trekking Havanias when I feel rich. Enough of Havaianas...

Caught Corpse Bride at PS with Ak and Waicheng in the evening. Its really a funny animation. I shall say its my kind of animation. Haha. Its worth the $9.50. After the movie, Waicheng left for home while me and Ak settled ourselves at Macdonalds. After accompanying Ak to have his dinner, I made my way to meet Agnes, Wen and Nana. The meeting was meant to be for Cammie but she din turn up. We headed down to Hooters after some window shopping along Orchard.

We ordered 30 chicken wings with 6 different flavors. We concluded that Samurai was still the best. This time round Hooters was more crowded compared to the previous time we went. The reason was that there was a scoccer match going on that night - England vs Austria. Its kinda fun and interesting watching soccer together with so many people. The excitement and thrill when the player nearly scored a goal but was saved by the goal keeper could be felt by all of us at Hooters. Its like lots of strangers having a common goal. It surely beats watching at home with my bro. The 3 of us except nana knows how to watch a soccer match. It kinda bored her I guess. We din stay throughout the match as Hooters was getting kinda too cold for all of us to continue staying on.

Agnes suggested that we walk all the way from clarkequay to esplande. On way, we did crazy stuff like taking funny pics. Haha. We din manage to make our way to esplande. Instead, we settled ourselves at some museum. They are having some sort of overnight exhibition. It was already 1am when we reached the there. There were screenings of some artistic show and we decided to go in and have a look. However, before the show even started, me and Nana nearly fell asleep in the auditorium. We were just so tired. We left for home first, leaving the 2 of them to enjoy the show.

The day was well spent with all my good pals with me.

This pic was taken yesterday after our dim sim brunch at China Square. It was a rare occasion that my bro agreed to take photo with us. We are all pretty gals and handsome guy~~ =D

As usual, workload is getting heavier and tiring. I need to balance up! All work no play makes Lynnie a dull gal!!

I seriously need some retail therapy. So many things awaiting for me to buy...! Need to plan my budget well when I get my pay. I overspent this month and this results me in being super broke now. =(

I wana watch movies too...! Corpse bride and The Myth!! The show by Jackie Chang and the Korean actress.

So many wants, but is there a need? Haha. I don't know and don't wana know too. No point making things complicated.

Starting of a new month now.. October 2005. Hope its gonna be a good month. It will be coz I'm gonna make it happen. =)
