I am so excited....!!

My dad agreed to sponsor me for taking driving lessons....!! I never thought that I would want to learn how to drive but my dad encourages me to do so. I guess I'll pay him back by installments, can't really let my dad pay the entire amount. Furthermore, its not cheap.

I got this sudden interest in cars too. I like this certain kind of cars but I do not know the name of those particular models. I gonna check them out.

My aim is to get my driving license before my 21st birthday. That would be a great 21st birthday present. =D In order to achieve this, I guess I gonna enroll to Comfort Driving Centre soon.

My 3 months contract at AIA is going to end in 1 months time. I doubt they are going to renew it. I had a great time working there. I am lucky to have 3 serious yet fun loving colleagues still.. I need to look for a job again. Nothing caught my eye in today's Recruit. I hope next Saturday's Recruit would be more interesting.

One of my guy friend told me that I'm a very 'man' gal. 'Man' as in I have very male characteristics. Maybe I'm too straight forward and abit of independent. I don't believe in always waiting for a guy to offer to pay for the bill 1st even if we are going dutch. I mean it doesn't really matter who pay 1st and I don't see any wrong in I offer to pay 1st and the other party returns me later. That doesn't make a guy less man and a gal more man.

I believe in using my own efforts to obtain what I want. If possible, I do not wish to obtain help from unrelated people and own them a favor. Gals are as independent as guys and more independent in alot of ways. A guy will only be independent and sensible when he comes out to the society to work. By then, they would realize it is not easy to earn a living outside and there are much more situations they would have to deal with. To me, being in the army, it is still considered as a very protected environment.

I have nothing against guys. Its just purely personal views after interacting with some of my guy friends. I don't really know what's life in army is like but I know its not easy too. Hope that all my guy friends that just enlist recently can survie through that 2 years~.
